Omnipaque side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from JAPAN on Mar 07, 2006. Male patient, 69 years of age, was diagnosed with sclerosing encapsulating peritonitis and was treated with Omnipaque. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaphylactoid shock, dyspnoea, loss of consciousness, myocardial infarction, nausea What is  nausea, pneumothorax, stridor. Omnipaque dosage: 82 ML (SINGLE DOSE) I.V.. During the same period patient was treated with PREDNISOLONE, LOSARTAN POTASSIUM, REBAMIPIDE, LEVOGLUTAMIDE, CALCIUM CARBONATE, DOXASOZIN MESILATE, GLUCOSEECTION. Patient died.
