Male patient, 69 years of age, was diagnosed with sclerosing encapsulating peritonitis and was treated with Omnipaque. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaphylactoid shock, dyspnoea, loss of consciousness, myocardial infarction, nausea , pneumothorax, stridor. Omnipaque dosage: 82 ML (SINGLE DOSE) I.V.. During the same period patient was treated with PREDNISOLONE, LOSARTAN POTASSIUM, REBAMIPIDE, LEVOGLUTAMIDE, CALCIUM CARBONATE, DOXASOZIN MESILATE, GLUCOSEECTION. Patient died.
