Male patient, 56 years of age, was diagnosed with subarachnoid haemorrhage and was treated with Omnipaque. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arterial spasm, dizziness , ischaemia, paraesthesia, retrograde amnesia, somnolence. Omnipaque dosage: 20 ML, SINGLE DOSE, I.A.; SINGLE DOSE. Patient recovered.

Omnipaque dosage: 125 ML IV OTO. During the same period patient was treated with TOPROL, ZETIA, ALBUTEROL SPIROS, ASPIRIN, HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE, SYNTHROID. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Patient recovered.
