Omnipaque side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on May 10, 2006. Female patient, 84 years of age, was diagnosed with computerised tomogram thorax and was treated with Omnipaque. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood potassium increased, bradycardia, chest pain . Omnipaque dosage: 100 ML IV ONCE. During the same period patient was treated with IPRATROPIUM BROMIDE, PROPOXYPHENE HYDROCHLORIDE, ASPIRIN, EPOETIN ALFA, ISOSORBID MONONITRATE, POTASSIUM CHLORIDE, FUROSEMIDE, ESCITALOPRAMIL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
