Male patient, 52 years of age, weighting 168.0 lb, was diagnosed with spinal myelogram and was treated with Omnipaque. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, decreased activity, depression , diplopia, headache , hypoaesthesia, loss of consciousness, musculoskeletal stiffness, post procedural complication. Omnipaque dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with OXYCONTIN, NEURONTIN, AMBIEN, WELLBUTRIN. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaphylactic reaction, asthenia, contrast media reaction, dizziness , fall , heart rate increased, hypotension, labile blood pressure, loss of consciousness. Omnipaque dosage: 100ML ONE TIME INTRAVENOUS. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
