Omnic and sudden death Patient Reports February 10, 2012

Omnic Side Effects Report #4550101-2
Omnic side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from on Dec 21, 2004. Male patient, 68 years of age, was diagnosed with prostatism and was treated with Omnic. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: pain , urinary retention. Omnic dosage: 0.4 MG. During the same period patient was treated with NITROGLYCERIN, DILTIAZEM HYDROCHLORIDE, TIMOLOL MALEATE. Patient died.

Male patient, weighting 154.3 lb, was diagnosed with benign prostatic hyperplasia, osteoarthritis  and was treated with Omnic. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: osteoarthritis . Omnic dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CELEBREX. Patient died on 08/12/2006.
