After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abnormal sensation in eye, angiopathy, cholestasis, coma, condition aggravated, confusional state, convulsion, extrapyramidal disorder. Omeprazole dosage: 40 MG QD PO. During the same period patient was treated with TRAMADOL, CORTANCYL, ZYRTEC, PROGRAF, TIGECYCLINE, LOVENOX, PRIMPERAN, ATARAX. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 12/15/2004.
