Male patient, weighting 134.5 lb, was diagnosed with reflux oesophagitis, postoperative analgesia, hypertension, hyperlipidaemia, pollakiuria and was treated with Omepral. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: stevens-johnson syndrome. Omepral dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with HYPEN, ENALAPRIL MALEATE, CONIEL, SIMVASTATIN, POLLAKISU. Patient died on 12/27/2007.
