Female patient, 86 years of age, was diagnosed with hypertension, angina pectoris, prophylaxis and was treated with Olmetec. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dehydration, hyponatraemia. Olmetec dosage: 20 MG, PER ORAL/ABOUT 1 YEAR AGO. During the same period patient was treated with NITROL, DOGMATYL, BIO THREE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
