Male patient, 52 years of age, weighting 280.0 lb, was diagnosed with prophylaxis and was treated with Olmesartan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute pulmonary oedema, blood pressure increased, cardiomyopathy , cytolytic hepatitis, dilatation ventricular, heart rate increased, hepatomegaly, left ventricular failure. Olmesartan dosage: 40 MG (40 MG, 1 IN 1 D), PER ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with METFORMIN HYDROCHLORIDE, GLYBURIDE, INDAPAMIDE, ATENOLOL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.
