Female patient, 32 years of age, was diagnosed with pelvic inflammatory disease  and was treated with Ofloxacin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: panic attack, photopsia, psychotic disorder , tearfulness, visual disturbance. Ofloxacin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with OMEPRAZOLE. Patient recovered.
