Ofloxacin side effect was reported by a Health Professional from TURKEY on July 11, 2007. Female patient, 50 years of age, was diagnosed with pyelonephritis acute and was treated with Ofloxacin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cogwheel rigidity, confusional state, dysphagia, hallucination, irritability, psychotic disorder , salivary hypersecretion. Ofloxacin dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 32 years of age, was diagnosed with pelvic inflammatory disease  and was treated with Ofloxacin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anxiety , dyspnoea, emotional distress, palpitations, panic attack, photopsia, psychotic disorder , tearfulness. Ofloxacin dosage: 400 MG, BID. During the same period patient was treated with OMEPRAZOLE. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with OMEPRAZOLE. Patient recovered.
