Ofloxacin side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED KINGDOM on June 29, 2005. Female patient, 32 years of age, was diagnosed with pelvic inflammatory disease  and was treated with Ofloxacin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anxiety , dyspnoea, emotional distress, palpitations, panic attack, photopsia, psychotic disorder , tearfulness. Ofloxacin dosage: 400 MG, BID. During the same period patient was treated with OMEPRAZOLE. Patient recovered.
