Female patient, 32 years of age, was diagnosed with pelvic inflammatory disease What is  pelvic inflammatory disease and was treated with Ofloxacin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anxiety What is  anxiety, dyspnoea, emotional distress, palpitations, panic attack, photopsia, psychotic disorder What is  psychotic disorder, tearfulness. Ofloxacin dosage: 400 MG, BID. During the same period patient was treated with OMEPRAZOLE. Patient recovered.
