Female patient, weighting 118.0 lb, was diagnosed with respiratory tract infection and was treated with Ofloxacin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abnormal dreams, arthralgia, depression , difficulty in walking, headache , insomnia, muscular weakness. Ofloxacin dosage: 200 MG 2 X DAILY PO. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: back pain , bone pain, cardiac disorder, dyspnoea, fatigue, headache , middle insomnia, mydriasis, oedema. Ofloxacin dosage: 100 MG? 2/DAY PO. During the same period patient was treated with ACETAMINOPHEN. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bundle branch block right, chest pain , diarrhoea, dyspnoea, headache , musculoskeletal chest pain, musculoskeletal pain, nausea , paraesthesia. Ofloxacin dosage: 0.25 ML 2X / DAY EAR CANAL. During the same period patient was treated with PROVENTIL, TYLENOL, BENADRYL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 40 years of age, was diagnosed with diarrhoea, diarrhoea haemorrhagic and was treated with Ofloxacin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute febrile neutrophilic dermatosis, haemoglobin decreased, headache , myalgia. Ofloxacin dosage: 400 MG QDAY. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, depressed level of consciousness, disseminated intravascular coagulation, dizziness , headache , liver disorder, nausea . Ofloxacin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with VOLTAREN, PRIMPERAN. Patient died on 01/22/2005.
