Female patient, 34 years of age, weighting 115.0 lb, was diagnosed with skin infection and was treated with Ofloxacin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blister, dermatitis exfoliative, dyspnoea, erythema, fluid retention, heart rate increased, insomnia, mucous membrane disorder, nausea . Ofloxacin dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Ofloxacin dosage: 0.25 ML 2X / DAY EAR CANAL. During the same period patient was treated with PROVENTIL, TYLENOL, BENADRYL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
