Female patient, 36 years of age, was diagnosed with ovarian cyst  and was treated with Ofloxacin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dysphonia, feeling hot, hypersensitivity, tremor. Ofloxacin dosage: 200 MG, QD, ORAL. Patient recovered.
