Female patient, 43 years of age, weighting 220.0 lb, was diagnosed with ear infection  and was treated with Ofloxacin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, burning sensation, chills, diarrhoea, dizziness , dry mouth, dysphagia, dysphonia, dyspnoea. Ofloxacin dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Ofloxacin dosage: 0.25 ML 2X / DAY EAR CANAL. During the same period patient was treated with PROVENTIL, TYLENOL, BENADRYL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
