Ofloxacin side effect was reported by a Health Professional from FRANCE on Apr 07, 2008. Female patient, 87 years of age, was diagnosed with urinary tract infection , hypertension, chondrocalcinosis, depression  and was treated with Ofloxacin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: agitation, confusional state, memory impairment. Ofloxacin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with APPROVEL, COLCHICINE, VENLAFAXINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
