Male patient, 80 years of age, was diagnosed with urinary tract infection  and was treated with Oflocet. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: renal failure acute, vascular purpura. Oflocet dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with BACTRIM, TAVANIC, FLAGYL, DALACINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
