Oflocet Side Effects Report #5430383-5
Oflocet side effect was reported by a Health Professional from FRANCE on Aug 27, 2007. Female patient, 81 years of age, was diagnosed with prophylaxis and was treated with Oflocet. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaphylactic shock, bradycardia, hypotension, loss of consciousness. Oflocet dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with XANAX, PHENYLEPHRINE HYDROCHLORIDE, TROPICAMIDE, INDOCOLLYRE, LEXOMIL. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood albumin decreased, deep vein thrombosis , dehydration, femur fracture, gastrointestinal haemorrhage, haematemesis, hypotension, infection . Oflocet dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PREVISCAN, PERFALGAN, MOPRAL, EFFEXOR, LORAZEPAM, ASPEGIC, TIAPRIDAL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 11/23/2004.

Oflocet dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with FLAGYL, AUGMENTIN, ROCEPHIN, GLICLAZIDE, CIFLOX. Patient died on 07/18/2003.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: agranulocytosis, atrial fibrillation , bone marrow myelogram abnormal, dizziness , erysipelas, furuncle, hypotension, hypovolaemic shock, loss of consciousness. Oflocet dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CLAMOXYL, FERRIPROX, ROVAMYCINE, TAZOCILLINE, AMIKLIN. Patient died on 09/20/2005.
