Male patient, 44 years of age, was diagnosed with skin ulcer, deep vein thrombosis , pain  and was treated with Oflocet. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: azotaemia, c-reactive protein increased, eosinophilia, hepatic enzyme increased, hyperkalaemia, leukocytosis, lymphocytosis, toxic skin eruption. Oflocet dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with LOVENOX, BACTRIM, NEXIUM, PREVISCAN, PARACETAMOL, EQUANIL, LEPTICUR, TERCIAN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
