Oflocet side effect was reported by a Health Professional from JAPAN on Mar 18, 2009. Male patient, 50 years of age, was diagnosed with urinary tract infection  and was treated with Oflocet. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaphylactic shock. Oflocet dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with DIPRIVAN, ERYTHROMYCIN, NEXIUM, LOVENOX, BRISTOPEN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 01/27/2009.
