Oflocet Side Effects Report #5158328-6
Oflocet side effect was reported by a Health Professional from JAPAN on Nov 17, 2006. Female patient, 85 years of age, was diagnosed with urinary tract infection , pain , constipation , anxiety  and was treated with Oflocet. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: agitation, confusional state, dyskinesia, myoclonus, visual field defect. Oflocet dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with BACTRIM, LYRICA, SKENAN, FORLAX, DEROXAT, CELECTOL, SOLUPRED, LANZOR. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
