Male patient, 26 years of age, was diagnosed with solar urticaria and was treated with Octagam. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: headache , nausea , pyrexia, syncope, thrombocytopenia. Octagam dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with HYDROXYZINE, PARACETAMOL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
