After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: atrial septal defect, blood creatine phosphokinase mb increased, chest pain , dyspnoea, fatigue, myopericarditis, troponin t increased, ventricular hypertrophy, ventricular tachycardia. Octagam dosage: 75 MG I.V.. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
