Male patient, weighting 14.00 lb, was diagnosed with fungal infection  and was treated with Nystatin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: application site bleeding, application site eczema, application site erythema, application site pruritus, application site reaction. Nystatin dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.
