Nystatin side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on June 17, 2005. Female patient, 77 years of age, weighting 140.0 lb, was diagnosed with oral candidiasis and was treated with Nystatin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , diarrhoea, no therapeutic response. Nystatin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ACEON, INDERAL, MECLIZINE. Patient recovered.

Nystatin side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Oct 30, 2008. Female patient, weighting 122.0 lb, was diagnosed with fungal infection  and was treated with Nystatin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal distension, abdominal pain , diarrhoea, flatulence. Nystatin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PRILOSEC, ARMOUR THYROID, DIFFUCAN. Patient recovered.
