Male patient, child 7 years of age, weighting 63.27 lb, was diagnosed with optic nerve hypoplasia and was treated with Nutropin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood glucose decreased, blood thyroid stimulating hormone decreased, dehydration, gastroenteritis , rotavirus test positive. Nutropin dosage: 1 MG, 7/WEEK, SUBCUTANEOUS. During the same period patient was treated with CORTEF, SYNTHROID. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
