Noxafil side effect was reported by a Physician from FRANCE on Nov 19, 2008. Male patient, 60 years of age, was diagnosed with scedosporium infection and was treated with Noxafil. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: encephalopathy, hypocalcaemia, myoclonus, renal disorder, somnolence. Noxafil dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CORTICOSTEROIDS, VANCOMYCIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: coma, convulsion, depressed level of consciousness, hyponatraemia, metabolic disorder What is  metabolic disorder, somnolence. Noxafil dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ONCOVIN, KIDROLASE, CYTARABINE, METHOTREXATE, NUBAIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: altered state of consciousness, convulsion, electroencephalogram abnormal, glasgow coma scale abnormal, hemiparesis, hyponatraemia, metabolic disorder What is  metabolic disorder, somnolence. Noxafil dosage: 50 MG;TID. During the same period patient was treated with ONCOVIN, KIDROLASE, CYTARABINE, METHOTREXATE, NUBAIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bradycardia, flushing, idiopathic pneumonia syndrome, incorrect dose administered, interstitial lung disease, overdose, somnolence, supraventricular extrasystoles. Noxafil dosage: 400 MG; BID; PO; 4 GM; ONCE; PO. Patient died on 10/04/2006.
