After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: renal failure acute, rhabdomyolysis. Noxafil dosage: 400 MG; BID; PO. During the same period patient was treated with SIMVASTATIN, AMBISOME, DILAUDID, BACTRIM, BICARBONATE, LASIX, CLONIDINE, MYFORTIC. Patient recovered.
