Noxafil side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Nov 24, 2008. Female patient was diagnosed with fungal infection  and was treated with Noxafil. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dizziness , hypotension, loss of consciousness. Noxafil dosage: 200MG/5ML 3X DAILY ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with FERROX, PREZISTA, COMBIVIR, VIREAD, LOPERAMIDE, ISENTRESS, NORVIR, PROCRIT. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 54 years of age, weighting 169.8 lb, was diagnosed with bronchopulmonary aspergillosis and was treated with Noxafil. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac arrest , clonic convulsion, cognitive disorder, disturbance in attention, enuresis, long qt syndrome, loss of consciousness, respiratory arrest, ventricular fibrillation. Noxafil dosage: 800 MG QD PO. During the same period patient was treated with VORICONAZOLE, MEROPENEM, TILIDINI, CLONAZEPAM, MIDAZOLAM, GABAPENTIN, METHOTREXATE, PERFALGAN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 08/04/2008.
