Noxafil Side Effects Report #5572472-0
Noxafil side effect was reported by a Physician from GREECE on Dec 06, 2007. Female patient, 62 years of age, weighting 143.3 lb, was diagnosed with zygomycosis and was treated with Noxafil. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood alkaline phosphatase increased, condition aggravated, gamma-glutamyltransferase increased, hepatotoxicity, myocardial infarction, respiratory failure. Noxafil dosage: 10 ML;BID;PO. During the same period patient was treated with AMBISOME, ZOVIRAX, LOSEC I, THEOPHYLLINE, MEDROL. Patient died on 11/29/2007.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood alkaline phosphatase increased, gamma-glutamyltransferase increased, hepatotoxicity, lung abscess. Noxafil dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with TACROLIMUS, CELLCEPT, LAMIVUDINE, PREDNISONE. Patient recovered.
