Novonorm side effect was reported by a Health Professional from FRANCE on July 18, 2007. Female patient, 82 years of age, weighting 127.9 lb, was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus and was treated with Novonorm. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: herpes zoster disseminated, loss of consciousness, renal failure acute, thrombocytopenia. Novonorm dosage: 1 MG, QD. During the same period patient was treated with SOLIAN, DOLIPRANE, NEORECORMON, ATHYMIL, ZELITREX, TIMOPTIC, TRUSOPT, XALATAN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 05/01/2007.
