Male patient, 59 years of age, weighting 310.9 lb, was diagnosed with insulin-requiring type ii diabetes mellitus and was treated with Novomix. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bradycardia, cardiomegaly, dyspnoea, dyspnoea paroxysmal nocturnal, myocardial ischaemia, oedema peripheral, orthopnoea.
