Female patient, 65 years of age, weighting 150.0 lb, was diagnosed with spinal column stenosis and was treated with Nortriptyline. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abnormal behaviour, contusion, excoriation, fall , injury, loss of control of legs, memory impairment, muscle disorder , thinking abnormal. Nortriptyline dosage: 50 MG DAILY OTHER. Patient recovered.

Male patient, 72 years of age, weighting 215.0 lb, was diagnosed with neuropathy, sciatica  and was treated with Nortriptyline. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, confusional state, dizziness postural, fall , feeling abnormal, fluid intake reduced, hyperhidrosis, orthostatic hypotension. Nortriptyline dosage: 50 MG BID PO. During the same period patient was treated with METFORMIN HYDROCHLORIDE, SILDENAFIL CITRATE, PAROXETINE, CYANOCOBALAMIN, HYDROCODONE BITARTRATE, SIMVASTATIN, ASPIRIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
