Norplant side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from on Apr 22, 2005. Female patient, 16 years of age, weighting 220.2 lb, was diagnosed with contraception and was treated with Norplant. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: coronary artery disease , headache , implant site reaction, myocardial infarction, weight increased. Norplant dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with SYNTHROID. Patient died on 04/21/2002.
