After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood creatine phosphokinase increased, hepatitis What is  hepatitis, injection site rash, myopathy, tendon disorder. Noroxin dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
