Female patient, 82 years of age, weighting 148.0 lb, was diagnosed with breast cancer  and was treated with Nolvadex. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: retinal disorder , visual disturbance. Nolvadex dosage: 10 MG BID PO. During the same period patient was treated with MAGNESIUM, ATENOLOL, LIPITOR, FUROSEMIDE, ECOTRIN, TYLENOL, NO MATCH. Patient recovered.
