Female patient, 44 years of age, was diagnosed with breast cancer in situ and was treated with Nolvadex. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: endometrial hypertrophy, menorrhagia, menstruation irregular, ovarian cyst , polyp, rash , uterine leiomyoma, uterine polyp, weight decreased. Nolvadex dosage: 20 MG PO. During the same period patient was treated with TAMOXIFEN CITRATE. Patient recovered.
