Nitrostat side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from on Feb 23, 2005. Female patient, 84 years of age, was diagnosed with cardiac disorder and was treated with Nitrostat. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arrhythmia What is  arrhythmia, difficulty in walking, heart rate increased, lower limb fracture, malaise. Nitrostat dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with GLYCERYL TRINITRARE, ALPRAZOLAM, ISOSORBIDE MONONITRATE, CARVEDILOL, POTASSIUM ACETATE, ROSIGLITAZONE MALEATE, IRBESARTAN, ESCITALOPRAM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 55 years of age, was diagnosed with angina pectoris, inflammatory bowel disease and was treated with Nitrostat. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cholecystectomy, colitis, difficulty in walking, weight increased. Nitrostat dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with FLAGYL, LOMOTIL, BENTYL, PREMARIN, SYNTHROID, LORCET, LASIX. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
