Male patient, 83 years of age, weighting 138.9 lb, was diagnosed with blood pressure increased, hypotension, haemorrhage prophylaxis and was treated with Nitroglycerin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cerebral infarction, grand mal convulsion. Nitroglycerin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PROTAMINE SULPHATE, MAGNESIUM SULPHATE, HEPARIN, BACITRACIN, FENTANYL, MANNITOL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
