Male patient, 67 years of age, weighting 158.7 lb, was diagnosed with arteriospasm coronary, percutaneous coronary intervention and was treated with Nitroglycerin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dyspnoea, headache , hypotension, vomiting. Nitroglycerin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CLOPIDOGREL, HEPARIN. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: agranulocytosis, dyspnoea, neutrophil count increased, pseudomonal sepsis, respiratory failure. Nitroglycerin dosage: 10 MG (10 MG, 1 IN 1 D). During the same period patient was treated with ACETYLSALICYLATE LYSINE, DILTIAZEM HYDROCHLORIDE, NEXIUM, LASIX, BACTRIM DS, TRANXENE, XATRAL, PERMIXON. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
