After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: antinuclear antibody increased, electrocardiogram abnormal, hepatitis , organising pneumonia, respiratory failure. Nitrofurantoin dosage: 100 MG; DAILY. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
