Female patient, 57 years of age, was diagnosed with urinary tract infection bacterial and was treated with Nitrofurantoin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: condition aggravated, escherichia urinary tract infection, hepatitis , tubulointerstitial nephritis. Nitrofurantoin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with OFLOXACIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
