After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: confusional state, disorientation, hallucination. Nitro dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hallucination. Nitro dosage: 0.4 MG; TDER; SEE IMAGE. During the same period patient was treated with WARFARIN, ACEBUTOLOL, TIAZAC, PREDNISONE, EZETROL, ALTACE, INSULIN. Patient recovered.
