Nitisinone side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on July 08, 2006. Female patient, child 3 years of age, weighting 1.00 lb, was diagnosed with tyrosinaemia and was treated with Nitisinone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hepatocellular damage, liver transplant . Nitisinone dosage: 1MG/KG MG/KG/DAY; ORAL. Patient recovered.
