Nitisinone side effect was reported by a Health Professional from TURKEY on Aug 15, 2006. Male patient, weighting 1.00 lb, was diagnosed with tyrosinaemia and was treated with Nitisinone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: coma, hepatosplenomegaly, hyperammonaemia. Nitisinone dosage: MG/KG /DAY 0.5. Patient died.
