Nisis Side Effects Report #5626006-2
Nisis side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from FRANCE on Feb 05, 2008. Female patient, 80 years of age, was diagnosed with hypertensive cardiomyopathy, infection , insomnia, dyslipidaemia, depression , gastrooesophageal reflux disease, hypothyroidism and was treated with Nisis. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acidosis, anaemia, blood creatinine increased, blood folate decreased, c-reactive protein increased, creatinine renal clearance decreased, fall , haemoconcentration. Nisis dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with BACTRIM, HAVLANE, ALDALIX, LIPANTHYL, ATHYMIL, INIPOMP, LEVOTHYROX. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Male patient, 71 years of age, was diagnosed with hypertension, diabetes mellitus and was treated with Nisis. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood creatinine increased, blood urea increased, hyperkalaemia, lactic acidosis, renal failure acute. Nisis dosage: 160 MG, QD. During the same period patient was treated with GLUCOPHAGE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: altered state of consciousness, asthenia, blood creatinine increased, haemodialysis, hyperkalaemia, hypotension, overdose, renal failure acute, somnolence. Nisis dosage: 80 MG, QD. During the same period patient was treated with SPIRONOLACTONE, OXYCONTIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
