Male patient, 20 years of age, weighting 149.9 lb, was diagnosed with graft versus host disease and was treated with Nipent. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , epstein-barr virus infection, lymphoma , lymphoproliferative disorder, nausea . Nipent dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PREDNISONE, CYCLOSPORINE, VALGANCYCLOVIR, VORICONAZOLE, PEN VK, PEPCID, BACTRIM DS, INSULIN. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , hepatic steatosis, hiatus hernia, nausea , oesophagitis, pancreatic atrophy, pancreatic insufficiency. Nipent dosage: 4 MG/M2 (Q 2 WK), INTRAVENOUS. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with RITUXIMAB, CYCLOPHOSPHAMIDE, COZAAR, RABEPRAZOLE, CALCIUM CARBONATE, ERGOCALCIFEROL, VERAPAMIL, URSODIOL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
