Nilotinib side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on May 05, 2008. Male patient, 58 years of age, weighting 180.0 lb, was diagnosed with chronic myeloid leukaemia and was treated with Nilotinib. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arthralgia, chest pain , chronic sinusitis, headache , neutropenia, sinus disorder, syncope, thrombocytopenia. Nilotinib dosage: 800MG DAILY. During the same period patient was treated with NILOTINIB VS IMATINIB. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
