Nilotinib side effect was reported by a Physician from POLAND on Feb 21, 2008. Female patient, 66 years of age, weighting 163.1 lb, was diagnosed with gastrointestinal stromal tumour and was treated with Nilotinib. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , ileus, malignant neoplasm progression, nausea , tumour excision, tumour necrosis. Nilotinib dosage: 800MG DAILY. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient died on 12/15/2007.

Nilotinib side effect was reported by a Physician from CANADA on Nov 01, 2007. Female patient, 59 years of age, was diagnosed with gastrointestinal stromal tumour and was treated with Nilotinib. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, asthenia, gastrointestinal pain, malignant neoplasm progression, nausea . Nilotinib dosage: 400 MG, BID. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
